General construction of wastewater treatment plant and collection system improvements consisting of 18" overflow pipe, 3.0 MGD grinder, auger and pump station, 12" force main and 4" drain line, replacement of 100 gpm lift station and 4" force main, emergency generator, and associated site work, electrical, instrumentation controls and other site improvements.
