This project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of curb, excavation of pavement and earth, installation of permanent erosion control measures, installation of curb, replacement of pavement, and placement of a PCCP drive. A Bid Form for all line items, including the Engineer's best estimate of quantities, is attached to this request for bid. This form shall be submitted with the bid. All costs associated with the project shall be reflected in the appropriate pay item. Preliminary plans are included for reference. All items shall be performed in accordance with the applicable INDOT Standards and Specifications unless noted in the Prevailing Specifications and Design & Construction Standards attached.
