The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA), was deeded property located at 1400 Henrietta Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 from the City of West Palm Beach, to build, own and operate a residential development for persons and families experiencing homelessness, consisting of eighteen (18) garden style apartments, a resident clubhouse, as well as various site amenities. The project is being funded from multiple sources within the City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, to include a City of West Palm Beach Housing Trust Fund Grant Agreement, City of West Palm Beach HOME ARP, City of West Palm Beach ARP, Palm Beach County HOME ARP and a HUD Community Project Funding Grant (part of HUD's Economic Development Initiative.
