Site work for a water / sewer project in Fallsburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Question Deadline 09/18/2026- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The work includes pavement saw cutting, trench excavation, furnishing and installing approximately 17,000 lineal feet of 12 inch AWWA C900, Class 200 PVC waterline and appurtenances along NYS Route 42 from Laurel Avenue to an existing connection point adjacent to Well House No. 7. New fire hydrants will be furnished and installed by the Contractor in the same locations as existing. The existing hydrants will be returned to the Town Water Department. Restoration will include full depth pavement and shoulder restoration along NYS Route 42, restoration outside the shoulder, Town access road, and overland. Maintenance and protection of traffic in accordance with NYDOT is required. Each proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Town of Fallsburg in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order All work on this project is to be substantially completed within 360 calendar days following Contract Award. The Town of Fallsburg strongly encourages MBE, WBE and Section 3 firms to bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids
