Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Construction of an eight-classroom addition to support enrolment growth. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning is ongoing. The project is being proposed as part of the owner's 2027-2028 Five-Year Capital Plan seeking provincial funding. Schedules for design, tender and construction may be confirmed once funding is secured. Further update in summer 2027. Construction budget is unreleased.
