Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Arkansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Bid Package 01. Work includes: PEMB SUPPLY, PEMB ERECTION The project value represents the total construction cost estimate. All questions shall be furnished in writing via email to: Evan Malloy emalloy@crossland.com or at 316-391-8124 Provide all material to furnish the pre-engineered metal buildings including all metal wall panels, metal roof panels, vinyl wall/roof insulation, faced/unfaced insulation, trims, metal soffits, metal liner panels, and necessary accessories for a complete and weathertight metal building system as shown on the drawings for the PEMB. 2) For steel and metal items not specifically detailed on the drawings, the supplier shall design and supply appropriate products. 3) The pre-engineered metal building shall be designed for the loads shown on these drawings including all code required unbalanced loads. 4) Engineered stamped drawings. 5) All structural steel to be factory primed. 6) PEMB manufacturer to provide templates and anchor bolts to concrete contractor. 7) All associated sheet metal flashing. 8) Provide trim for all exterior/interior HVAC wall openings 9) Provide girts, jam and trim material for exterior walk doors/openings. 10) Provide gutters and down spouts
