Washington County Facilities Department is seeking bids from qualified contractors for repairs to the Adams Annex Building due to a car crash which damaged a portion of the building facade. Repairs are needed in order to provide weather protection and access to space within the building. Bids must contain: A statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b). Confirmation that bidder will comply with the statement in the bid document regarding compliance with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq. "Workers on Public Works to be Paid Not Less Than Prevailing Rate of Wage". The County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so.
