The works include, but are not limited to, demolition work involving contaminants, interior fit-out works, interior finishes, work on mechanical systems and electrical works. The works required under this invitation to tender must be fully completed within 36 weeks (including public holidays, compulsory annual leave (e.g. the construction industry holiday period) and the time required to procure materials and equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company.
