Renovation of a laboratory facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Install a metal roof at the Tropical Plant Genetic Resources and Disease Research Unit. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental services necessary to complete the roof installation in accordance with the Statement of Work and supporting project documentation. The work shall comply with the applicable wage determination and all contract requirements. Technical data and supporting documentation, including the Statement of Work, Wage Determination, and information regarding equitable adjustments for change orders, are provided as attachments to the solicitation.
