Renovation of a military facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replace 15 showers in their entirety including all necessary equipment, tools, and labor. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the demolition of existing shower stalls and installation of new systems. This includes demolition of existing tile, backer board, and shower pans, as well as removal of existing plumbing down to the supply lines. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
