Participants will meet with the BGIS representative in the Security Office (Room 143), 15 Eddy Street, Gatineau, QC. Bidders are required to attend only one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified, via an addendum, of any changes to the site visit date. All site visit participants must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes or boots and hard hats. Individuals without appropriate PPE will not be permitted access to the site. Failure by a bidder to attend a mandatory site visit, to properly register, to sign the BGIS site visit registration form, and to remain present for the entire duration of the visit, gives BGIS the right, at its sole discretion, to reject the bidder's offer. Bidders are required to carefully examine the location(s) where deliverables will be provided, to be fully informed of any existing conditions and restrictions, and to include in their bid an amount sufficient to cover the costs of all work specified in the contract.
