Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Lift Station Sierra Bravo (SB) Improvements project is located at 7403 Harney Road in Temple Terrace. This project will be a complete refit of the existing pump station. Work includes selected demolition of site structures and equipment, sewage bypass pumping, polymer concrete manhole, piping, submersible sewage pumps , submersible mixer, prefabricated climate controlled electrical building, new electrical system, PLC controls , VFD motor drives , generator, fuel tank, stormwater improvements, paving, fencing, electrical and water connections to odor control and chemical feed systems supplied by others , and coordination of a new electrical feed by TECO. Coating the overflow wet well is included as an add-alternate. Complete refit of existing pump station including demolition of site structures and equipment, sewage bypass pumping, installation of polymer concrete manhole, piping, submersible sewage pumps, submersible mixer, prefabricated climate controlled electrical building, new electrical system, PLC controls, VFD motor drives, generator, fuel tank, stormwater improvements, paving, fencing, and electrical and water connections to odor control and chemical feed systems.
