Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Install and energize a new main distribution cabinet and new Hydro Quebec (HQ) Site Service. Provide the necessary power pedestals and connection points for temporary event connections. Protect significant trees during the work and reinstate the park to an appropriate condition at the end of the work. This will maintain the current value and uses within the park and improve the functionality to provide electrical power for major events in the future (including Winterlude). Documents may be obtained from the Government of Canada Website at: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities The Jacques-Cartier Park North (JCPN ) is owned by the National Capital Commission (NCC). It is and will continue to be used as a site for hosting large-scale events by the NCC and/or external stakeholders. The current park power supply and distribution infrastructure are inadequate to the planned needs.
