Bennett Farms Shared Use Path which includes the construction of over 2000 linear feet of new asphalt shared use pathway, including associated grading, minor storm sewer work and other associated work. Improvements include a 2130.09' long, 10' wide extension of the shared use path along the south side of Powell road between Bennett pkwy and bartholomew blvd . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all additional bids) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all additional bids), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
