Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work Under This Contract Includes, But Is Not Limited To The construction and relocation of approximately 200 linear feet of new storm drainage pipe and drainage structures, as well as relocation of approximately 60 linear feet of sanitary sewer near the intersection of Skyline Drive and Texas Way, and the construction of approximately 300 linear feet of new storm drainage pipe and drainage structures on Charlee Avenue. Construction will include maintenance of traffic, erosion control, as well as restoration and reconstruction of streets, driveways and sidewalks. The intent of the Contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work described. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work according to the plans, specifications, and terms of the Contract. Construct drainage improvements near Skyline Dr and Charlee St.
