Reference Number 0000435327 The purpose of this Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) is to identify and establish a pool of one or more qualified firms to provide Community Workforce Coordinator Services for construction, renovation, and modernization projects funded in whole or in part by Measures P, PS, and UU, other District funding sources, and, where applicable, State funding. The District anticipates projects including district-wide improvements, upgrades, and new construction, as outlined in the Facilities Master Plan (FMP). Any questions regarding the number of addenda or problems downloading the RFQ/P, please contact Mina Young at (909) 397-4800, Ext. 23901. All other questions, please use the link in the RFQ/P packet to submit Requests for Information (RFIs). This is the only method to ask questions. Questions received after 8:00 AM on September 8, 2026, will not be answered. Questions are submitted online No The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the proposal evaluation process.
