The Grays Harbor County Board of Commissioners is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms/individuals possessing the required experience and resources needed to assist the County with various planning projects. Assistance may include general land use planning, comprehensive planning, project planning, facilitation, grant writing services, and solid waste management planning and related planning documents upon request by the County. Statements of qualifications should clearly demonstrate the ability of the applicant to manage and execute projects of this type. Submittals shall be limited to a letter of interest (of no more than two pages), a resume of the primary project manager/project planner, and a list of applicable projects completed by the designated project manager/project planner. The submitted information shall demonstrate relevant local experience and examples of consulting experience in land use planning, comprehensive planning, solid waste management planning, and the development of codes, zoning regulations, and other planning related programs. Office of Minority and Womens Business Enterprises (OMWBE) Certification No. (if applicable) 5. Description of experience preparing, updating, or implementing Solid Waste Management Plans, Comprehensive Plans, or similar planning documents for local governments.
