Should you have any questions, contact: Public Works Director, Wesley Stokes (423) 886-2177 EXT:202 wstokes@signalmountaintn.gov OR Environmental Manager, Alex Wester (423) 886-2177 EXT: 215 awester@signalmountaintn.gov The Town of Signal Mountain is requesting proposals for the structural rehabilitation and, where appropriate, replacement of multiple existing storm drain pipes identified in the Site Schedule, further described in Appendix A- Site Information Sheets, and any addenda. Proposers may recommend sliplining, cured-in-place pipe, spiral-wound lining, close-fit lining, traditional open-cut excavation and replacement (dig and replace), or another recognized engineered rehabilitation or replacement method. The proposed method must be suitable for the existing pipe material and condition and must satisfy the hydraulic, structural, service-life, installation, quality-control, and restoration requirements contained in this RFP. See the Summary of Work and Technical Proposal Requirements for additional information.
