Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pioneer, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
The Improvements under this contract consist of bridge replacement, milling and resurfacing, drainage, guardrail and signing and pavement markings along Homestead Avenue over Marsh Creek in Hendry County. Contractors must have a current certificate of qualification in accordance with Florida Statute 337.14(1) and Rule Chapter 14-22, Florida Administrative Code, on the date of the letting to bid on construction projects over $250,000.00 as established by the Departments budget.
