The Town of Argyle reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities. the CMAR Architect of record and Kimley Horn is providing engineering services. The Town has recently passed a Certificate of Obligation on this project which includes available funds for the building and site improvements between $5.5M and $6.5M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
