Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Argyle, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

Construction of a new Law Enforcement Center. Question Deadline 09/14/2026 at 5:00 PM CT All questions must be issued in writing to purchasing@argyletx.com. Please include the RFP #2026-012 in the subject line. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Responses will be posted as an Addendum by Friday, September 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. The Town of Argyle reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities. the CMAR Architect of record and Kimley Horn is providing engineering services. The Town has recently passed a Certificate of Obligation on this project which includes available funds for the building and site improvements between $5.5M and $6.5M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
