The Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages in the amount specified in the AIA-A201 Schedule of Liquidated Damages in 8.4.4 for each Calendar Day thereafter that the work remains uncompleted. The Project shall obtain Final Completion of all work including punch list items no later than Friday, July 23, 2027.
