Renovation of an educational facility in College Station, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes the installation of a seamless , non-slip, waterproof floor coating system throughout the field-facing portions of both the first-base and third-base dugouts , associated dugout restrooms, and the back-of-house hallways leading to the locker rooms. The total project area is approximately 4,300 square feet. Contractors shall verify all dimensions and quantities by reviewing the drawings and blueprints provided in the Buyer Attachments. Existing rubber flooring shall be completely removed and disposed of down to the substrate. Reference photos are included in the Buyer Attachments. Following demolition, the contractor shall mechanically prepare the substrate, remove all existing adhesive residue, repair and patch areas affected by moisture intrusion as necessary, and apply an appropriate moisture mitigation system prior to installation of the new flooring system.
