Site work for a swimming pool in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.

The City of Columbus is accepting Bids for the Lincoln Pool Resurfacing 2026 for which consists of resurfacing of the dive well, main leisure pool, slide splash zone, stairs, and lap lanes at the Lincoln Pool and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the scope of services set forth in this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Question Deadline 09/03/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Questions regarding the IFB should be submitted to Mike Issari, City of Columbus, Aquatics, via email nmissari@columbus.gov The Director of Recreation & Parks may cancel the IFB, reject any or all Bids in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of the city, waive technicalities, hold Bids for a period of 180 days after the Bid opening, and/or advertise for new Bids, without liability to the city. POOL RESURFACING PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS Cover, tape, and protect the stainless steel accents and walls, gutters, features, and slides from paint. o Water blast wall targets with sand injection to create surface profile. Grind the surface of the pool to ensure a smooth and clean surface for the epoxy application. Power Wash surface with 4000PSI pressure washer with oscillating tip to remove loose debris, old paint, and dirt. Use Ramuc Clean & Prep solution to clean and etch the surface following the product specifications to remove any contaminants and ensure the surface is ready for the epoxy coating. Rinse pool to remove cleaning solution. After all cleaning is completed, allow the pool surface to dry. Conduct a condensation test and verify results to ensure pool is dry enough to paint. Remove all caulk from joints. Caulk all cracks and joints in the pool with a premium grade polysulfide joint sealant such as Deck-O-Seal to ensure a watertight seal . After a successful condensation test, apply two coats of Ramuc Hi- Build Epoxy Pool Paint (WHITE) to the floor surfaces with anti-slip grit added to the first 5 feet of the zero depth entryway and all stairs; taking special care to follow all of the manufacturer's guidelines for mixing, application, temperatures, and moisture. Apply two coats of Ramuc Hi-Build Epoxy Pool Paint (BLACK) to the lane lines and wall targets; taking special care to follow all the manufacturer's guidelines for mixing, application, temperatures, and moisture. Meet with project manager for punch list, cleanup, and completion of project.
