Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Versailles, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) desires to procure the services of a design team for the purpose of designing and executing a comprehensive security modernization project across its 16 colleges, 70 campuses to improve security capabilities where necessary to elevate campus safety and security to a consistent level at all locations to the greatest extent possible. The project is funded with the Asset Preservation Pool appropriated from the Kentucky General Assembly in the 26-28 biennial budget. Funding is available for $10 million in the first year and $20 million in the second year for a total of $30 million for this project.
