TIMELINE: Design is underway. 60% of design is to be completed by November, 2026. 90% of design is to be completed by January, 2027. 100% of design is to be completed by February 24, 2027. Tender for general contractor and construction schedules will be finalized at a later date. Further update in early 2027.
