Description

Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Clay, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

Repair, replacement, and related work for the Clay County Pool. The purpose of this project is to investigate and repair suspected leakage and deterioration associated with the existing pool deck, drainage, piping, and pump-room components. The work is based on the Owner's current opinion of probable construction needs . Quantities and distances stated in this RFP are approximate and are provided for bidding guidance. Bidders are responsible for field verification. Pool work itself, including replacement of the pool liner, coping, or similar pool-finish components, is not included in this Phase 1 scope. The Owner understands that the existing liner may remain under warranty Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the project site before submitting a proposal. Site visit arrangements and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Clay County Board of Education. Any interpretation or modification of the solicitation shall be made by written addendum issued by the Owner.
