Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

General Contractor (GC) services for the replacement of two (2) failed existing gas-fired condensing boilers (Project No. 27AVED015) and the installation of a new rooftop air source heat pump (Project No. PSG00280) at the Centre for Comparative Medicine (CCM). The air source heat pump will provide both heating and cooling. The scope of work also includes the design and installation of structural supports for the new unit.
