Furnish and install specified roofing and related components to the specified Stutzman-Slonaker Hall roof by the roofing contractor for Shepherd University (SU) located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Disconnection and re-connection of mechanical equipment by the subsequent mechanical subcontractor or removal of noted equipment as identified by Shepherd University personnel.
