Roof replacement at Stutzman Slonaker Hall. Work under this contract includes: . Furnish and install specified roofing and related components to the specified Stutzman-Slonaker Hall roof by the roofing contractor for Shepherd University (SU) located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Disconnection and re-connection of mechanical equipment by the subsequent mechanical subcontractor or removal of noted equipment as identified by Shepherd University personnel. All electrical work shall be performed by licensed electrical subcontractor. Deadline for questions shall be 4:00 PM on September 10th, 2026.
