Installation and site work for a new septic system for the ATC Chapel facility. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Questions regarding interpretation, clarification, or changes in the bid specifications must be directed in writing (via email) no later than Tuesday, September 8th 2026 to Matthew Stoppay at publicbids@sussex.edu. This The project consists of the construction and installation of a new septic system for the Sussex County Community College Chapel (ATC) building located at the "topside" of campus. The proposed septic system will be located North of the existing chapel building in the wooded area. Per Exhibit A - The new septic system will utilize (2) 1,500 gallon two compartment tanks with access manholes to grade, (1) 2,000 gallon pump tank with dual pumps and access manholes to grade, and a 44.5 ' x 60 ' = 2,670 SF (48.5' x 64' w/ 2' overdig) stone and pipe style disposal field.
