Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Design plans call for the construction of a 1,500-unit multi-residential development; 20,000-square-foot retail development; 20,000-square-foot office development; 10,000-square-foot day care center; 4,500-unit multi-residential development; 106,000-square-foot retail development; and educational facility.
The City of Santa Clara is proposing an amendment to the adopted Tasman East Specific Plan to allow an additional 1,500 residential dwelling units within the 41.8-acre plan area bounded by Lafayette Street, Tasman Drive, the Guadalupe River, and the former Santa Clara golf course in Santa Clara, California. The amendment would also allow approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space, 20,000 square feet of co-working space, and a 10,000 square foot daycare facility. The adopted plan currently permits up to 4,500 dwelling units and 106,000 square feet of retail space. Building heights would remain capped at 220 feet and residential density standards would remain unchanged. The environmental review process was prepared by David J. Powers and Associates for the City of Santa Clara.
