The Government's responses wilUnder this contract, the Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, inspection, labor, materials, equipment tools, supplies, manufactured items, transportation, fuel, power, incidentals, and essential communications to complete the project. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, procedures of construction and for the performance of all tasks required to fulfill the contract in full compliance with the specifications and standards outlined herein. The Contractor shall be solely liable for any deficiencies resulting from inaccurate field measurements, substandard workmanship, or failure to address unsuitable site conditions. Any required rework, repairs, or replacement resulting from such deficiencies shall be performed at the Contractor's sole cost and expense. The Government shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation from such issues.
