Renovation of a military facility in Prosser, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the completion of the contract project and such required services shall be in accordance with requirements as described herein. a) The Contractor shall provide services for the following tasks marked by an X. [X] Provide a technical and cost proposal to complete the project as per project requirements. Metal roof replacement is required in accordance with the included requirements documents. The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the metal roof replacement and meet the specified project requirements. The requirement is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 238160, Roofing Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. Questions shall be submitted via email to erin.riffey@usda.gov and are due no later than September 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends.
