Description

Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to perform fitness center equipment maintenance, repair, and quarterly preventive maintenance for Defense Health Agency fitness equipment. Services include adjustment or removal of broken or damaged parts; repair of electrical components; replacement of worn parts, pulleys, cables, and related components; inspection, cleaning, dusting, wiping, or vacuuming of equipment interiors; sanitization of exterior surfaces; inspection and adjustment of belts; lubrication of moving parts; and adjustment and calibration in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The contractor shall ensure all equipment remains fully operational, safe, and maintained to required performance standards through both scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair services. Performance is anticipated under a base 12-month period with four optional 12-month periods. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
