Renovation of a military facility in Kualapuu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide and install a long-term seed storage climate-controlled walk-in cooler at the Hoolehua Plant Materials Center. Work includes complete installation of the new walk-in cooler, ensuring electrical compatibility, performing any required site preparation, and making the unit fully operational and functional. Services also include removal and disposal of the existing walk-in cooler. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to provide a complete installation in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and cooler specifications.
