Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

In general, the work consists of: installation of one (1) 1200-ton electrical water-cooled centrifugal chiller and 1 cooling tower at the Central Chiller Plant. Chilled water and condenser water piping, pump, controls, electrical and 2metering will be included. Contractors shall contact Jerome Jansen (jerome.jansen@wisconsin.gov) and Josh Nickols (jnickols@ringdu.com) with any questions. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
