Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform Question Deadline 09/15/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes The intent of the work is to replace the boilers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), associated components and equipment at Genesis Place Phase 1 as further detailed in Appendix D - Drawings. Completion of this work is required during the City's planned shutdown from August 19 to September 1, 2027. Recognizing the limited duration of the shutdown, the City encourages proponents to propose innovative solutions and schedule acceleration opportunities that would allow some or all of the work to be completed in advance of the shutdown, provided there are no impacts to the Genesis Place pool operations or public access areas. The City expects the procurement of the long lead equipment to commence upon award and have set a mandatory completion date of September 01, 2027 (Construction Completion Certificate).
