Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
Construction of a replacement pump station including two 25-HP submersible solids handling pumps and a permanent natural gas bypass pump, force main tie-in with approximately 720 linear feet of new 10-inch HDPE force main, appurtenances, drainage work including replacement of the existing triple culvert with a new precast box culvert, pipe and two manhole rehabilitations, and the demolition of the existing Dozier's Corner Pump Station. Access to the project site will be through a temporary ingress/egress easement through the adjacent cemetery property.
