It is the intent to prescribe a complete project which the Contractor undertakes to do, in full compliance with the Drawings, Specifications, Proposal and the Contract, including the furnishing of all supervision, technical personnel , labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, and all other means required to construct and complete construction.
