Renovation of a fire / police facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The work of the project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the following 1 . Fire Training Center - HVAC Replacement - Consists of a replacement of the existing HVAC system with new to serve the existing tenant space. The work includes but is not limited to demolition of the existing system. Includes associated electrical work. Provide materials , labor, equipment, temporary facilities and construction expertise as required to complete the Project as shown in the Contract Documents. Contractor represents that he has carefully examined prior to bidding, Contract Documents and site conditions, and understands the character, quality and quantity of work called for and conditions affecting the Contract Work.
