a combination of three independently designed and funded wetland improvement and ditch petition projects that are related in scope and construction sequence. Provided is a description of each project including approximations of project work totals: Dinky and Tower Marsh Restoration Project (restoration to use spoils from Sanford Ditch Project) -11,560 linear feet of dike rehabilitation -955 linear feet of dike construction -2,050 linear feet of dike removal Sanford Ditch Project (spoils from wetland creation to be used for Dinky and Tower Marsh Restoration) -8 acre wetland creation -4,021 linear feet of ditch dip out -381 linear feet of conservation ditch construction -Installation of dike/ditch plug with pipe and backflow preventer -Installation of water control structure and 1,000 gal/min pump Tower Marsh Reconnection Project (located on the Dinky and Tower Marsh Dike) -Installation of water control structure and 4,500 gal/min bidirectional pump installation A certified check, cashiers check or a letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10% of the bid drawn in favor of Erie Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors.
