Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Farmington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Bids must be made on the Bid Blank prescribed by the Trustees and shall be filed in a sealed envelope at the time and place hereinbefore designated. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company (with the names of all parties interested therein) submitting said bid and shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank, or a bid bond, in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into in the proper manner in accordance with section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The check of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them by the contracting authority immediately upon awarding the contract or rejection of all bids. The Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids, and to delete any part of the proposal herein.
