Project Overview The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits (if required), and incidentals necessary to remove and replace an existing rolling steel door at location GTRI Smyrna campus at CCRF Building 12. The intent of this project is to demolish and remove an existing non-insulated 20'X20' rolling steel door with a new 20'X20' Cookson EDS20 Insulated Rolling Steel Door on the SAME BUSINESS DAY, equipped with modern safety and operating features while utilizing the existing electrical service; to include the motor, light curtain , and control pad. Forklift and a scissor or boom lift will be required . Substitutions of this brand and model will not be accepted.
