CLEAN CALIFORNIA LOCAL GRANT CCL-5096-047 The work includes construction of gateway monuments, streetscape, landscape, irrigation, lighting, concrete, pavement, drainage, signage, and related improvements along Second Street between SR 99 and West Front Street within the City Selma, County of Fresno, as shown on the plans and in the specifications. Also included, the supplying of all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to make the work complete and operable, and also the following: 1) Contact Underground Service Alert (USA) to request locations of existing underground utilities. 2) Contact the City of Selma Public Works Department and inform them of the project schedule. 3) Contact the Selma Police Department and Selma Fire Department and inform them of the project schedule. 4) Place signs and barricades to control traffic in the areas of construction, and controldust. 5) Restore areas where the existing street surfacing or facilities are destroyed. 6) Cleanup of work area. The project is located on Second Street from SR-99 to West Front Street in the City of Selma, County of Fresno, California. A bid will not be considered unless it is made on the bid proposal forms furnished in these specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or bidder's bond, made payable to the City of Selma, for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
