As per Adda 1 Submission of proposal has been extended to Wednesday September 30, 2026, at 2pm. Extension for RFI questions is September 22, 2026, at 1pm. The project is: The construction of a new building for the Town of Reading, MA, a Center for Active Living (ReCAL). Project scope is the construction of a new 27,375 sf community center including a large gym with a walking track, a commercial kitchen, a dividable, large multipurpose room, exercise rooms, and various meeting rooms, conference rooms and offices. The purpose of the work is Commissioning Services with reference to the attached General Commissioning Requirement Section 019113 and Exterior Enclosure Commissioning Section 019119.43. The building design totals 27,375 gross square feet; 2 stories, Building Classification Group A and B. Design is complete, and construction is 4 months underway, please refer to the attached OPM Project Milestone Schedule for reference Question Deadline 09/15/2026 at 2:00 PM ET
