Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consist of a complete renovation of the existing chiller plant including (2) new Chillers and (1) new cooling towers purchased by Owner and installed by Ajax. Also includes rental & maintenance of (1) 155-ton temporary chiller that must be operational before demolition can begin. Demo includes interior & exterior slab, underground, chillers, cooling towers and all associated mechanical piping, HVAC systems, electrical systems, foundations and piers.
