The Board of Trustees for the Village of Westchester is soliciting Statements of Interest and Qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Architectural Services, as per (50 ILCS 510/) Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, to assist the Village of Westchester in performing possible planning, remodeling, construction, and special projects at 10300 and 10240 Roosevelt Road, Westchester, Cook County, IL 60154 for the Village Complex Renovations.The Villages intent is to retrofit the two existing buildings into updated, modern facilities housing the Village Hall, Public Works, and Police / Fire Departments. Building function(s) and layout are to be determined by the Architect during this initial design process.
