Provide HVAC water treatment services for boiler and cooling water systems under a single-award IDIQ firm-fixed-price contract. Services include supplying water treatment chemicals, performing routine sampling, testing, dispensing, monitoring, and maintaining proper water chemistry on a continual basis to support HVAC water systems. The contractor shall provide qualified on-site water treatment support personnel with experience servicing boiler and cooling water systems and ensure adequate technical oversight of all work performed. The contractor shall demonstrate experience in servicing boiler and cooling water systems, possess ASSE12080 Legionella Water Safety and Management Specialist certification, and utilize an ISO 9001:2008 certified chemical manufacturer or supplier. Services shall include inspections, testing, safety and compliance practices, chemical supply, customer support, response capabilities, and technical expertise necessary to maintain system performance and water quality. The contractor shall identify and provide the name and certification of a State of Maryland certified laboratory, or an equivalent accredited laboratory such as ISO/IEC 17025, capable of performing metallographic analysis, chemical analysis, and deposition analysis. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supporting documentation, certifications, resumes, and evidence of experience necessary to perform and support all required HVAC water treatment functions throughout the contract period.
