Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Patching and drainage rehabilitation work, including highway, street, and bridge construction activities. The PARISH hereby agrees to engage the CONTRACTOR to provide the construction activity, products and/or services inclusive in the PARISH's "Bid" identified as "Bid" #26- 104-1234. This project involves patching and drainage rehabilitation .Any additional construction activity, products and/or services not specifically listed in the "Bid" but required by the PARISH and available to the CONTRACTOR may be added to the terms of this agreement at a mutually agreed upon price, subject to the verification of cost reasonableness of said change order. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Question Deadline 09/25/2026 Submit questions seeking clarification of the construction proposal specifications, or project plans to the Engineer. Questions answered will be posted for viewing by all prospective bidders. Questions determined by the Department to be submitted untimely, or less than seventy two (72) hours prior to Bid, may not be answered.
