Site work for a water / sewer project in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes construction of bore and receiving pits, installation of the steel casings, capping and marking casing ends, utility coordination, traffic control, dewatering as required, excavation and backfill , protection of existing utilities and facilities, testing, inspection, and all other work necessary to provide complete and functional casing installations. The Contractor shall coordinate with the City of Sugar Land, TxDOT, Union Pacific Railroad, and affected utility owners, and shall comply with all permit requirements and applicable TxDOT standards for work within the State right-of-way. Question Deadline 09/16/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid must be received online Please post all questions to OpenGov Procurement. The City Council will award the contract as provided in the Invitation to Bid. The City of Sugar Land will give notice of the contract award within ninety (90) calendar days after the opening date and time.
