Renovation of a mixed-use development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to perform upgrades to the existing lift station located at Majette Park. Work includes but is not limited to retrofitting the existing station and rerouting to the existing 6- in force main located on Old Majette Tower Road. Q/A:- Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm (CDT) on Friday, September 25, 2026. Completion-work shall be completed in 90 calendar days.
